The Mold Inspection Process
Initial Mold Inspection
We come and provide a thorough full-home mold inspection, scouting out potential causes of mold buildup. We take several air and surface samples with calibrated and secure machinery. We bring the samples to the lab for thorough testing and examination.
Report Generation
We receive the results from the lab and compile an in-depth report stating the types and concentration of mold in the areas of the home that were tested. Our report will include the amount of mold, the type of mold, the suspected cause of the mold buildup, and a recommended remediation plan if necessary.
Final Mold Inspection
After a mold problem is remediated, we return to perform a final inspection. We take more samples of the air and surfaces and send them to the lab for testing. Once we receive the results from the lab you will be given a final report hopefully giving your home a clean bill of health!
